What type of Canvas and Paper is offered?

How long will the canvas last?

The solvent canvas is made to last 100+ years without fading even when hung indoors in the range of sunlight. The archival inks are moisture and fade resistant and will remain color rich for 100+ years.

Can I hang my print outdoors?

To protect the canvas from environmental factors such as direct sunlight, rain and extreme temperature changes, apply a clear coating that is UV and moisture resistance onto the canvas surface.

Can I clean my print without damaging it?

Take a soft, damp cloth and wipe down your canvas gently to remove dust or dirt. Windex is a recommended solution to use for cleaning.

PRINT MOUNTING

Do you mount canvas prints?

After your image is printed on a canvas medium, the canvas is wrapped tightly around a custom-built wooden stretcher bar which is either 1.5 inch or 0.75 inch in thickness. This is where the term ‘gallery-wrapped’ canvas prints come from.

Do you have framing options?

If you choose an exterior frame, your stretched canvas print will fit perfectly into a floater frame which comes in three assorted colors: Black, White, Black & Silver, Black & Gold. View frame options here 

Do you mount paper prints?

Fine art paper prints are not mounted or matted. They are shipped rolled in a tube.

IMAGE CHARACTERISTICS

Will my print look exactly like what I see on my screen in terms of color?

The image on your computer screen may not be showing true colors unless you have a profiled monitor. The equipment our printers use to color match include our profiled monitors and any original proofs which you ship us for comparison.

What file types does the uploader accept?

We accept JPEG, TIFF and PSD file formats. The maximum file our uploader will accept is 3 gigabytes.

What is the largest I can print my image?

If your image is of high enough resolution, the largest size print we offer is a 54 x 120 Read more about our Large Format Printing service

Are there restrictions on image usage?

If you do not hold the rights to the image, you must obtain permission from the copyright owner to reproduce the photo. Or you could have obtained the photo from a free domain site.

Do you produce a high-resolution digital file of my art?

If you ship us your original artwork, we can turn it into a high-resolution digital image file.
