NOTE: File upload speeds are dependent on your internet service. The uploader speed will move at a snail’s pace if your broadband speed is low. So with large files you must be patient. Please follow these steps if you have a problem with your upload timing out or stalling. If you have a large file .tif or .psd right click and zip or compress the file. Then upload the .zip file. You may also convert your file to the largest .jpg at the max quality of 12 and upload it. The large .jpg will print perfectly if you do this it will speed up your upload time considerably.
