There is a one time charge to produce a high resolution scan of original artwork.  All scans require color matching and proofing which are included in the price.  Please note that you must request a proof.  Proofs will be sent by request only prior to art printing.

Pricing for Scanning Original Artwork

• High Resolution Scan of Artwork sizes 8 x 10 and smaller @ $40.00 ea.
• High Resolution Scan of Artwork sizes 11 x 14 to 18 x 24 @ $60.00 ea.
• High Resolution Scan of Artwork sizes 20 x 24 and larger @ $80.00 ea.
• Drum scans for transparencies or negatives for a flat fee @ $50.00 ea.

Once a high resolution digital file of your artwork is created, it is archived on our in-house hard drive – not on a public server. Your digital files are safe with us and will be accessed only to print repeat orders for you.

Tips for packing and shipping your original artwork

We understand how valuable your original artwork is and we handle it with care and respect. Getting your art to us safely is of great concern.
